The past few days have been pretty routine. Chad is finishing up his final finals today. I am so excited to have a husband for a few months. It is so nice to have him home for the summer. I love getting to see him more but it always throws off my groove when he is home. I never get as much done. Usually I try to have everything done by the time he gets home but when he is getting home at 1:30 everyday it doesn't leave me much time to get anything done. By the time that I get home from the gym he is almost home as well. Well it is worth it to get to see him a little more. Today I got up and made the ladies breakfast. I gave the girls baths and cleaned up the house. Then it was off to the gym and home for lunch and naps. After naps we went to soccer practice and now we are home and I am thinking that I need to get dinner made. I am going to make pancakes. I love breakfast for dinner but Chad does not so I try to save it for the nights when he is not home. Well that is all for today.

So hello again!!!!!!!!!!! I do not even know where to start to begin to play catch up. We have all been fine here. We had a really great Easter. My parents, my brother Sam and my sister Cathi all came down here for Easter and since the girls birthday were on the 6 (Chloe's) and the 12 (Calli's) we decided to have the girls birthday party while they were down here as well. We decided to have a big taco dinner with all of our friends and the girls friends to celebrate their special days. This was the first non-family party for either of the girls. The party turned out great. My Dad cooked all of the wonderful food and my mom helped with everything else. Mom, Dad you guys are the best!! Thank you to all of our awesome friends who came to party with us, we had a great time. The bummer about playing catch up is that you can't remember anything to write. I know that a lot when on in our lives but can I remember it? No. Well I guess that I will post a bunch of pictures and make the usual promise to myself to do better with my blogging!!!

So just a quick post. Things have been going really good around here. Chad has been working a lot and going to school so we really never see him. When he is home on the weekends he usually just wants to stay in and relax so Friday morning I told the girls that we should make daddy a restaurant. We drew and colored menus decorated the table with candles and everything and went and rented a movie. We called Daddy when he got off school and told him to hurry home because he had four girls to take out to dinner and a movie. He was a good sport on the phone when I told him and said that it sounded like fun even though I knew that he was tired. When he got home he knew what was going on but played along and went upstairs to get ready for dinner. While Calli and I were finishing everything Coco went upstairs to "help" Chad pick out his clothes. He came down in shorts, a plaid button down shirt, a big red tie, church socks and tennies. It was a really fun night. We had dinner then made Ice cream sundaes and watched a movie. The girls thought that it was the best thing ever. I love those little ladies!! Church went really great on Sunday we even got there on time....okay okay it was during the opening song but before the prayer so that counts right?? I don't like church at nine but it is really the best time to have church especially if you have children. Eleven is great for trying to sleep in but it is just a bad time for kids with lunch and naps and all. I guess I shouldn't complain though at least we are not going at one. That will be the complaint for next year:) Today chad got home from work and we all went to run a few errands. We dropped off movies and went to Costco and on the way home we stopped in at the library to let the littles chose out some new books. All in all not a bad day. Well I need to get some sleep now those sweet angels wake up early!!

Hello, Things have been going pretty decent around here. Calli has gotten over her sickness but Carden is still a little sicky sicky. I finally took her into the Dr. again yesterday and they gave me some different cough meds and an antibiotic for her. She is just so sweet and little smiling at me through the coughs and the fever it just breaks my heart. So yesterday was an adventure we got up and Calli and I both had dentist appointments and I couldn't find anyone to watch my kids so I had to take them all along. I thought that it was going to be awful but it went great. When I got there the receptionist asked if they could keep the kids and play with them while Calli and I got out teeth cleaned I was all for it, so the whole time they played with Carden and took Chloe on errands around the office. They just kept saying what well behaved, wonderful, happy and smart kids that I had and I had to keep looking to make sure that they hadn't lost my little ones and grabbed someone elses :D After the denist we had a few hours to kill before the Dr. so we went to target to look for a cd that I promised the girls they could have if they were good at the dentist and if Calli let them clean her teeth without crying(which she did) anyway they didn't have the cd but of course they had some really cute dresses in all of the girls sizes that I had to get. I really need to learn to just to say no.:) after target we went to Cafe rio for lunch which I love!! The girls were really good there too. After Lunch we headed over for the dr. appointment at which the kids were horrible. I think that they had filled their quota for being good that day. Well that was about it. Last night I left Chad in charge and hung out with some girlfriends and had such a great time with them all. And I only had to stay up for a half hour cleaning up the damage at home. LOL well I had better get off the computer I have a long list for today.

Just a super quick note. Things have been going pretty good. Calli and Carden have been sick for the last two days so needless to say I have been stuck in the house taking care of my poor babies. They both have higher fevers (Calli 103 Carden 102) and are just feeling yucky:( it doesn't help that poor little Carden has her top two teeth coming in. On wed. we went to the sports store and got everything that Calli needs for soccer. I was worried that it was going to be expensive but it really was not bad. They had a soccer deal at the store that you got a ball, shin guards and cleats for 40.00 bucks. Calli got a pink ball and pink shin guards they were out of pink cleats in her size but she got some cute black Nike ones that match her shin guards. She loves them and is so excited!! Every day about 10 times a day she puts on her shoes, and shin guards and just walks around the house or goes out in the yard to kick the ball around. Then she takes them all off and carefully wraps her shoes back in the tissue paper and puts them back in the box then she puts her shin guards back in the packaging and even her ball back in the box thing that it came it. It is so cute!! I can't wait for the season to start!!! Yesterday I hit the mall for the end of winter sales and I got so much cute stuff for so cheap. I love that! I found out that winter coats will not be in until next week so I guess that I will have to go back. Well Chad and I rented a movie so I am going to go and watch that with him.

So yes I know that once again it has been forever. Things are good here. I signed Calli up for soccer and am very excited for her to start. I am going to look and see if I can find pink shin guards. Chad started school this week :( so between work and school and his church calling I NEVER see him. Most days it is just me and the girls I am not ever sure that they remember what their dad looks like. Carden is growing so much. She eats like a pig and is trying to crawl. She gets up on all fours and starts to go with her knees but doesn't move her hands and ends up face planting. Oh well I guess that she will have to stick to army crawling for a little longer:) Her getting mobile is not really something that I look forward to anyway. It is so funny but with my first I wanted her to crawl and then walk so soon but with the second and third ones the longer they want to stay rolling around I will take it. I already have to vacuum the floor every five minutes as it is. Carri puts everything in her mouth. The new year is going great I am working on all of the million resolutions that I want to accomplish and so far so good......I think. Well this computer has wasted too much of the girls precious nap time so I will go and as usual I will try to up date more often.

In the car Chloe was taking off the top part of her seat belt and I told her that she was going to get hurt and have to go to the hospital and Calli pipe in "or to heaven" I say "Calli" in that tone and she says "what? heaven is a nice place"

Calli asked if we could go and visit Jesus in heaven. I told her that we couldn't and she asked why not how do we get there and I said that when you die you go to heaven and she said "or we could just take a rocket ship"

Calli- "mommy I need a pen so that I can go draw"
mommy-"well why don't you get one off the floor of the office where you threw them all when you were supposed to be sleeping"
Calli- "Oh... you saw that?"

When she was supposed to be cleaning her room-
Calli "mommy my brain tells me to stop cleaning and play"

Well Chad and I had the best new years. On new years day we stayed home and watched movies and just hung out. Chad was the only one that lasted till the new year. I fell asleep 15 min early man, I am getting old. Well the next day Chad and I were sitting around and were wanting to do something we were trying to decide what when we decided to get out of Vegas for the weekend. We got online and looked at all of the surrounding cities to find out where we could get the cheapest hotel and Laughlin Nevada won. Laughlin is about an hour and a half from Vegas. It is a smaller gaming town right on the Colorado river. We got super cheap rooms at a nice hotel and headed up there for the weekend. We had the best time. We went fishing (which was the girls favorite part) we took a river boat tour. We went shopping and got Coco and Cardens ears pierced. We ate out a lot. We laid around in the room and watched movies. We went on walks up the river. It really was the best time. Even though we were so close to home we felt like we were on vacation. It was a really relaxing and fun weekend. I wish that we could have been with family for the new year but this really was the next best thing. Chad and I are already making plans to go back in the summer months. I guess the fishing is really good and you can go swimming in the river and of course all of the hotels have great out door pools. Well I hope that all of you have a happy new year. Ahhhh 2009 where did 08 go. I guess that it is time to start on my new year's resolutions good luck to me and you!!!
